Dr. Corbett D Winegar, MD, FAAOS performs hundreds of knee surgeries a year, and his experience means one thing for you - surgical excellence. A dual fellowship-trained and board-certified orthopedic surgeon, he completed his residency at Wayne State University with an additional research year at Thomas Jefferson University’s Rothman Institute. On top of fellowships in Pittsburg, PA and Coeur d'Alene, ID, he’s also worked nationwide as an orthopedic trauma surgeon and director.

At Blackrock Orthopedics, we look at all your treatment options, including surgical and non-surgical, then apply knowledge, skill, and compassion to bring you the best result possible. Most of our knee surgeries are outpatient, performed at Everest Surgical Institute or Treasure Valley Hospital using the latest in robotics and computer navigation. That means more precision and better outcomes. We also have an entire protocol that tells you what to do before and after surgery. It’s all designed to get you up and moving faster.
